5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel described below, to understand how visitors use our website and to measure how our advertising performs.

Measuring Our Ads

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. It records the pages you visit on our site and, if you came to our website from one of our ads, the code Meta adds to that ad's link. When you submit a form on our site, it also tells Meta that a form was submitted. If you type your name, email address or phone number into a form on our site, the pixel may convert them into a one-way encrypted code (a "hash") in your browser before sending them, so Meta can match your visit to the ad you saw; Meta does not receive them in readable form.

When you book a free class, our server sends Meta a record of the booking through Meta's Conversions API, so we can see which ads lead to booked classes. That record includes your email address, converted into a one-way encrypted code (a "hash"); the code Meta adds to an ad's link, if you came to our website from one of our ads; technical details such as your IP address and browser type; a coded customer number; and when you booked. It never includes your phone number, your name, or anything about a child.

These details are shared with Meta only to measure our own ads. They are never sold, never used for anyone else's marketing, and do not change the text-message commitments in Section 3.

Managing Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies, accept only first-party cookies, or delete cookies when you close your browser. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

6. Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to help operate our business, including customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, email delivery services, website hosting, and analytics tools. These providers process data only as directed by us and are contractually required to protect your information. They do not use your information for their own purposes.

Your personal information is never sold. We do not provide your information to other companies for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent, is ever made available to other organizations for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Specifically:

• Lead inquiry data: Retained for up to 3 years from your last interaction, or until you request deletion
• Active member data: Retained for the duration of your membership plus 3 years
• SMS consent records: Retained for 10 years from the date of consent, as required by TCPA regulations and applicable state laws
• Website analytics data: Retained in accordance with the respective platform's data retention policies

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP or contacting us

9. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
